Q: When I playback by DV-7 videos on my PC I can hear the audio, but I cannot see the Video. What's missing?

A: When viewing your DV-7 on a Media Player such as Windows Media Player you will need an MPEG4 CODEC. A CODEC is a coder/decorder file that allow you to playback your videos.

A good MPEG4 CODEC is XviD. The XviD CODEC is available for download at no charge from Digital Digest.

What to do:

• Download the Xvid CODEC
• Install it, following the instructions
• After the CODEC has been installed restart Media Player to watch your DV-7 videos
