| Repair Policy -
VistaQuest offers a limited warranty on all of its products. Any product that fails under the terms of the warranty qualifies for a warranty repair. Products outside the specific warranty period or conditions can be returned for a non-warranty repair.
1. Items returned for warranty or non-warranty repair do not require a return authorization.
2. All shipping on warranty and non-warranty repair items are to be prepaid by the sender. Items should be shipped directly to VistaQuest's Warranty Service Center in Commerce, CA.
3. To avoid unnecessary delays, shipping cartons must be clearly marked: "Attention: VistaQuest Warranty Service Department."
4. Include a brief description of the problem as well as the telephone number and address of the person to be contacted.
5. To request a warranty repair for a consumer, please enclose a copy of their dated sales receipt.
6. VistaQuest is open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday. If the required repair is determined to be out of warranty or if an estimate is requested, a printed estimate will be sent to the contact person. Prepayment of all repair charges is required for out-of-warranty products.
